Upholstery Fabrics
What can turn a house into a home?
Love, of course. But there's more: fabrics.
Fabrics are the answer to a cheerless interior looking for some warmth and comfort. Purely functional, they help absorb sounds to make a room less hollow. Esthetically, they can do even more.
They can express your style and personality.
They can make loved ones feel welcome.
They can bring a certain mood, just by having a specific colour.
For our upholstery fabrics, we rely on the globally trusted experience of Belgian sister companies Ter Molst and Symphony Mills. With a combined textile know-how of nearly 90 years, these companies understand the importance of fabrics for interior design.
Symphony Mills
A young, slightly rebellious interior enthusiast with a great fashion taste, that's Symhony Mills. Specialised in stylish velvets and rich colour palettes, Symphony Mills ships its fabrics worldwide from its four warehouses around the globe. Thanks to the company's stock-supported selling model, lead times are at a bare minimum. We make sure your fabrics match your request by applying customised treatments and backings.
Velvets aren't Symphony Mills' only specialty: from its Indian warehouse it also ships bestsellers such as wovens, leather looks and tweeds. With more than 80 collections permanently stored in its Belgian, American, Chinese and Indian hubs, Symphony Mills combines quality with fast delivery times.
Symphony Mills' fabric applications aren't limited to upholstery only. Many industries have processed its fabrics for other products such as curtains, shoes, yachts and pet furniture. Whatever your idea, Symphony Mills accepts the challenge to turn it into something tangible.
Ter Molst
Ter Molst designs and produces woven upholstery fabrics. The company started as a small weaving mill in a provincial Belgian town in 1953 but has since expanded worldwide with three production facilities, one being implemented in GTA India's premises.
The in-house design team at Ter Molst creates three new collections a year. Most of them are part of one of Ter Molst's brands, Linen Life and Vivalife. The Linen Life collection revolves around natural fibres combined with linen for a rustic look. Colour schemes are often subdued and earthy and make your furniture become one with your interior.
Vivalife is the completely opposite: with bold and vibrant colours, these fabrics help your furniture make a statement. Vivalife is a sustainably produced upholstery fabric collection that is easily cleanable. Vivalife's motto? 'Enjoy now, clean later'.
Next to that, Ter Molst is known for its tailor-made designs, both within and outside its brands.
